Delivery Information
We try to be as fair as possible with our delivery charges and in most cases our delivery fees are included in the price of the product. Only when postage or packing becomes difficult do we charge extra, but this is always shown in the basket before purchase.
To help reduce our carbon footprint by limiting journeys to our post depot, we have fixed shipping days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and where possible recycle packing materials.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We are happy to accept the return of purchased items if undamaged and in the original packaging. In the case of faulty items, we will issue replacements on receipt of the faulty item. This must be within 14 days of purchase. When a refund is required, goods must be returned in the same condition as received, and within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods.

Information gathered is not used for any other purposes than that detailed, and is not passed to any third party. We do not automatically purge our systems of historical data but you may request your details to be removed at any time. Please contact us to do so.
